Yogita is Postgraduate Researcher in Network Research Laboratory,  School of Computer Science and Engineering at University of New South Wales under the supervision of Prof. Sanjay Jha and Dr. Alexander Ignjatovic. She is also postgraduate research student at Network research group, ATP, NICTA under supervision of Prof. Aruna Seneviratne .

 

She has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering  with First Class Honours from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), India. She was the second topper and received a silver medal in Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Government Polytechnic, Nagpur, India.  

 

Her work experience includes Research and Development as a Research Scientist in Society of Microwave and Electronics Engineering and Research (SAMEER), Mumbai, India. She has also worked as Senior Software Engineer in one of the leading Automotive industry Robert Bosch Engineering Solutions (RBEI), Bangalore, India.

 

She served as Chair of IEEE Student Branch at University of New South Wales for year 2012 and 2013. She successfully organized IEEE Technologies of Future (iToF), a Poster Competition of Exhibition for students acrooss all NSW universities in Australia. 

 

Her research interest includes wireless lndoor localization, access control, location based security, digital signal processing, data mining algorithms and embedded systems.
